In all (EPTB) CD4T cell counts <200 cells/μl.Conclusions: Chest X-rays atypical more lowerzone infiltrative lesions. Sputum acid-fast bacillus (AFB) negative however sputum cartridge based nucleic acid amplification test (CBNAAT) status, hence CBNAAT remains gold standard investigation.
